One of the exemplary companies in Crailsheim is Groninger. The machine building company participated at the 1st congress of the global market leaders in Schwäbisch Hall.
Crailsheim. Global market leader – this certainly is a distinction, but for the company’s founder Horst Groninger it also is a responsibility. Groninger works hard to uphold this top ranking every day anew and the big challenge for the future is to secure junior staff. Groninger points out: „We are only able to keep our market position with well trained staff. “
For him, the world leader meeting is an opportunity to bring into public focus the region Heilbronn-Franken. His aim is: „To arouse interest for the companies working in this region and the various possibilities these companies offer.”
Groninger knows that not a single world leader – of which there is a concentration like nowhere else in Germany – can achieve enough interest for a region. Horst Groningers approach is a holistic one. To be able to keep up with the major cities nearby in the long run, the forces of the region have to be bundled even stronger. This is the principle of the successful entrepreneur.
Only yesterday he received the biggest CNC production machine groninger ever ordered. It will be installed in the new production hall in Ingersheim and will guarantee that groninger can uphold its world leading position as packaging machine manufacturer on the world market.
