    groninger USA located in Charlotte NC, has been confronted with travel restrictions to the Tristate area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as other Northeastern states. Some of these restrictions would require our Field Service Technicians to quarantine 14 days in your state before being allowed at your site.

    To avoid these restrictions, we are announcing today that we will station one of our Mechatronics Field Service Technicians in New Brunswick, NJ. After a 14-day quarantine, our colleague will be able to serve our Northeastern customers starting on August 24th. Currently we are planning to keep our expert in New Jersey until December 18th. Depending on the need and feedback of our customers, we will be re-evaluating towards the end of the year if we continue this program.

    Together with Tryon Medical Partners, we are also offering 24h COVID-19 testing of our Field Service Technicians. On your request, we can get the Field Service Technician coming to your site tested right before and / or after a scheduled service intervention at your site.
